Since usually you can say goto xxx url and enter the code to join this is a major departure from SC behavior but it's mac issue. The issue is that at the black screen the the chat doesn't work so a phone call is required to walk them through the issue. Yes its not terrible when you know the reason why it's not working but there are times where you just walk them through the privacy checkbox and it works and other times a full uninstall is needed.
